What does the reward redemption experience look like?

Activate

When a reward recipient clicks Activate Now from their Activation Email, they will be directed to their personal Rewards Vault. If they don’t receive the activation email, they can activate anytime at rewards.promotionvault.com.

Choose

When the reward becomes available, they can select a reward from one of the many retailers we support. OR they can select multiple retailers equaling the reward amount.

Receive

Reward recipients can access their selected rewards from redeemed rewards in their personal Rewards Vault.

Reward recipients can access their transactions that show any pending rewards and reward history.
