Shopify

Store events arrive as signed webhooks. A paid order, a fulfillment, or a refund releases, holds, or debits the reward without anyone exporting a file.

Signed webhooks · See the Shopify screen ›

ABC Fitness

Check-in and membership exports drive the visit and conversion stages automatically. Each record matches back to the same verified participant.

Feeds: check-in, membership, agreement

Zapier

Connect to thousands of apps already on Zapier. Use it when the action lives in a tool without a direct feed.

No-code triggers · See the Zapier page ›

Vault API

Integrate with the rest of the world. Post eligibility, fire a trigger, and read activation and reward status directly.

HOW ACTIONS ARE CONFIRMED

Two validation paths.

Each Play can receive activity from one or more sources. PLAYBOOK can either match the activity to an existing participant or accept the incoming record as proof that the action happened. In either case, the participant must verify their identity and opt in before any reward is released.

Path 1 · Match required

Match action to an existing participant.

When an activity arrives with a phone number, PLAYBOOK looks for a participant who has already opted in and verified their identity. If it finds a match, the activity is added to that person’s history and the next step is triggered. If there is no match yet, the activity waits for one.

Use it when
The action belongs to a known participant already moving through a Play.
Path 2 · Eligible on arrival

Use the incoming record as proof.

When an activity arrives from a trusted club system, PLAYBOOK can accept it as confirmation that the action happened, even if the participant has not entered the Play yet. The activity must still connect to a verified, opted-in participant before any reward is released.

Use it when
Your source system already confirms the action, such as a join, purchase, or check-in.

Regardless of entry point, every released reward resolves to one verified anchor record, and no reward is released without a first-party opt-in somewhere in that participant’s history.
