Live program
Bank the Bucks.
We turned member onboarding into a game. Members hunt the rewards, you get the behaviors that make them stay.
The member experience
Scans a poster or opens the link, verifies by SMS, and scratches a $2 mystery reward.
Comes in for the first visit. The check-in feed releases $10 with no screen to complete.
Joins Crunch. The same feed posts the join and $15 releases, the largest reward in the run.
Books a kickoff with a controlled code and collects a $5 mystery reward.
Completes the kickoff, scans the code after the session, and collects $5.
Leaves a review through Review Boost for $5, with the public request kept separate.
Shares a corporate contact for the GM to follow up with, and unlocks another $5.
Opens the referral hub and earns $5 for every friend who verifies.
Verify, visit, join, kickoff, review, refer.
Use a data feed wherever Crunch Fitness can provide one, and a controlled QR code or link everywhere else. Seven rewarded stages run off one verified record, and the last stage turns the member into the source of the next guest.
Reward the next right action.
Each stage runs on its preferred trigger, with a fallback behind it, and every reward matches back to the record created at stage 01.
The club invites the new online lead to join Bank the Bucks and earn up to $50.
Every new form submission on the club's website gets an email invite from the club into Bank the Bucks. The club sends that invite — it is their step, not ours. Opting in creates the anchor record and the retained Rewards Vault session every later stage matches against.
- A prospect submits the lead form on the Crunch Fitness website.
- Crunch Fitness sends that prospect an email invite to join Bank the Bucks and earn up to $50.
- They open the invite, enter name, mobile, and optional email, and agree to the SMS terms.
- A four-digit code arrives by SMS and is entered back — the record is now verified.
- The mystery reward is scratched, revealed, and banked in their Vault.
The club system reports the visit and the reward releases itself.
The first visit is the earliest signal that a guest will convert. Rewarding it removes the friction between interest and showing up.
- The check-in export arrives from ABC Fitness.
- The record matches the verified anchor created at Stage 1.
- The reward is released to the running balance with no screen for the member to complete.
- An SMS points them back into Bank the Bucks to claim it.
The join posts from the same feed as the visit.
This is the revenue moment. The largest reward in the journey is released against a record Crunch already owns.
- The membership export posts to Rewards Vault.
- It matches the anchor record and clears eligibility.
- The reward is released and the member is notified by SMS.
- Their balance now carries the opt-in, first visit, and join rewards together.
A controlled code verifies the booking as it happens.
Booking the first session is the commitment that makes the early weeks of a membership productive.
- The member books at the front desk and scans the Stage 4 code.
- The scan matches their verified record.
- The mystery reward is revealed and banked.
- Completing the session is already visible as the next stage in their Vault.
Follow-through, not intent.
Completing the session is what changes behavior. Paying on completion rather than booking keeps the reward attached to the real outcome.
- The trainer reveals the completion code at the end of the session.
- The member scans it while they are still in the club.
- The reward is released against the same verified record.
- The review request is queued from this conversion event.
Private feedback and public proof, kept separate.
Feedback from a verified member is worth more than volume, and separating private feedback from public review requests keeps the program policy-safe.
- The completion event hands off to Review Boost.
- The member rates the visit and adds a comment.
- A public review request is offered separately, never conditioned on sentiment.
- Verified completion releases the reward into the same balance.
Corporate Membership Opportunites
New members are a great source for leads for a coporate membership. The new member shares their HR Director or contact at their business or a business they know to unlock another $5.
- The member shares a corporate contact, for example their employer, for GM to follow up to secure corporate membership.
- The scan matches their verified record.
- The mystery reward is revealed and banked.
- Completing the session is already visible as the next stage in their Vault.
The new member becomes the promoter.
A member who has been rewarded at every stage is the cheapest source of the next member, and the run starts over with their friend.
- The member opens their private referrer hub, gated behind SMS.
- They share a personal link or code with a friend.
- The friend lands on a named invitation and verifies their own number.
- Only then does the referral reward pay — verified and consented on both sides.
Feed where there is one, QR or link where there is not.
Every stage has a preferred trigger and a fallback behind it, so the program runs at clubs with an integration and clubs without one.
Membership and check-in exports
The club system posts joins and check-ins. Rewards Vault matches each record to the verified anchor and releases the stage reward with no member screen.
Preferred where availableControlled codes in club
A poster, front-desk card, or the code revealed after a session. The member scans where the action happens, so the event is proven.
Runs with no integrationText or email link
Staff or the welcome sequence sends the link. Same verification, same anchor record, no club visit needed.
Remote fallback
